Abstract:
While avoiding the possibility that RLC-PDUs arrive at a wireless base station (eNB) that is not provided with an RLC layer function, this mobile communication system facilitates sequence control processing and duplicate discard control processing in the RLC layer function. This mobile communication system is provided with a transmission unit (14) which is configured such that the "Master-RLC layer function" notifies a "Slave-RLC layer function" of the identifier of a wireless base station (eNB#1) and the identifier of the bearer of a mobile station (UE), and a control unit (13) which is configured to perform sequence control processing and duplicate discard control processing on RLC-PDUs received from the mobile station (UE) and the "Slave-RLC layer function," wherein the "Slave-RLC layer function" is provided with a transmission unit (22) configured to forward RLC-PDUs received from the mobile station (UE) to the "Master-RLC layer function."
