Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to appropriately provide charge information under a prepaid charging system, even if two or more communication sessions cannot be simultaneously established via a packet switched network. A mobile communication terminal (10) is provided with: a packet communication unit (12) for implementing mobile communication under a prepaid charging system via a packet switched network; an acquisition unit (14) for acquiring charge information for the mobile communication terminal from a contract information management server (21) that manages charge information under the prepaid charging system via a circuit switched network; and an output unit (15) for outputting the charge information acquired by the acquisition unit (14). A contract information management system (20) that includes a contract information management server (21) is provided with a detection unit (23) for detecting communications in the packet switched network by the mobile communication terminal (10). The contract information management system (20) transmits the charge information via the circuit switched network to the mobile communication terminal (10) when detection has been implemented by the detection unit (23).
