Abstract:
A mobile communication terminal calculates an interference rejection combining (IRC) receiver weight matrix so as to reject interference with a desired beam of a radio wave, on the basis of the vector of a reference signal transmitted by a desired base station. The mobile communication terminal estimates total received power presumed when executing IRC, on the basis of the IRC receiver weight matrix and the reference signal vector, and estimates desired reference signal power presumed when executing IRC, on the basis of an IRC receiver weight vector, a channel matrix, and a reference signal series. The mobile communication terminal estimates the interference noise power presumed when executing IRC by subtracting the desired reference signal power from the total received power, and calculates the SINR presumed when executing IRC, on the basis of the estimated interference noise power.
