A mobile device comprises: a location information management unit (7) that stores, as a parking location, a location where a vehicle (20) has the key turned off; a voice recognition processor (6) that is activated when the mobile device (1) and an onboard device (21) are within an activation distance range and that recognizes user utterances; and a communication controller (3) that transmits, to the onboard device (21), a remote control request that has been voice-recognized by the activated voice recognition processor (6).
