A first mobile electronic device (100) comprises a camera (102), a wireless signal transceiver (104), a processor (106), and a motion module (108). The camera (102) collects image information and depth distance information of the image information; the wireless signal transceiver (104) is communicably connected to the camera (102), and provides the image information and the depth distance information to a second mobile electronic device (120), receiving selection information and following distance information of a target from the second mobile electronic device (120), wherein the second mobile electronic device (120) selects the target on the basis of the received image information and depth distance information; the processor (106) is communicably connected to the wireless signal transceiver (104) and the camera (102), and calculates target-based motion information for the first mobile electronic device (100) on the basis of the selection information, the following distance information, the image information, and the depth distance information; and the motion module (108) is communicably connected to the processor (106) and moves following the target according to the motion information.
