Abstract:
Disclosed is a mobile harbor which can uniformly maintain the position of a platform during the loading or unloading of cargos from a ship anchored at sea. The mobile harbor comprises an upper deck to be stacked with cargos for loading or unloading, a buffering connection member to maintain the state of the upper deck and a ship being connected without colliding during the loading or unloading, a lower deck provided at a lower side of the upper deck and contacting the surface of the sea, and an upper deck positioning member disposed between the upper deck and the lower deck for keeping the upper deck at a selected reference position even when the position of the lower deck is changed by the waves of the sea.
