Claims:
CLAIMS

1. Mobile tracking system for land vehicles (damper truck, construction vehicles, garbage truck, on-board crane, terrain vehicles etc.) with hydraulic pump that can be monitored remotely, characterized by the following;

• Measuring the pressure, temperature, flow rate, hydraulic pump speed of at least one hydraulic pump-hydraulic system for a land vehicles, transferring and saving instantaneously the data of the measured parameters and transferring the data on a PC monitor and/or mobile phone that can be tracked remotely in a mobile manner by means of a wireless connection such as GPRS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a mobile tracking system that measures pressure, temperature, flow rate of hydraulic pumps/systems for land vehicles (damper truck, construction equipment, garbage truck, on-board crane, terrain vehicles etc.), also performs the measurement of the operation speed of the hydraulic pump used in the system and can be tracked remotely.

STATE OF THE ART

Nowadays, hydraulic pumps are employed for heavy construction vehicles (construction vehicles, damper trucks etc.). Hydraulic pumps are hydraulic circuit elements that suck oil in the tank by means of the movement received from diesel motor, power transfer member or electric motor and deliver the same to the hydraulic system at a certain pressure and flow rate. In other words, they are hydraulic elements that convert the mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. The hydraulic energy delivered to the system is converted into the operation in receivers (hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motor).

Pressure, temperature, speed and flow rate values should be of optimum values, so that hydraulic system for heavy construction vehicles and the corresponding hydraulic pumps operate efficiently and the potential failures may be avoided. Therefore, there is a need for an instantaneous monitoring/tracking for hydraulic systems for such vehicles.

Tracking system in the current applications are intended only to measure the pressure of hydraulic systems for damper trucks and to determine angles of vehicles based on the ground plane, wherein they relate to system for ensuring the safety during unloading processes. There is no application intended for determining the speed, oil flow rate and temperature of the pump employed in such systems. Therefore, they do not directly relate to the efficiency of the hydraulic systems.

Consequently, the presence of the above mentioned problems and the insufficiency of the current solutions necessitate an improvement in the technical field pertaining to the remote/mobile tracking of the hydraulic apparatus for land vehicles with hydraulic pumps.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to mobile hydraulic apparatus tracking system for land vehicles with hydraulic pump, which meets the aforementioned requirements, eliminates all the drawbacks and brings additional advantages.

Main object of the present invention is to offer a remote/mobile tracking system of hydraulic apparatuses for land vehicles with hydraulic pump, which can be tracked remotely by means of wireless connection such as GPRS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, is positioned on the hydraulic system and features an instantaneous tracking and memorizing property for the data of the pressure, temperature, speed and flow rate etc. parameters.

By means of the system achieving the above-mentioned objects, it is ensured;

• To collect instantaneous and/or periodic information on the efficiency of the hydraulic system for vehicle,

• To avoid problems to occur suddenly in the system by way of planning the system maintenance, since it offers a prediction about components employed in hydraulic systems,

• To prevent other apparatuses of the vehicle engaged with the system from damaging by means of presenting the opportunity to interfere instantaneously with the failures of the hydraulic systems, • To select the components employed in the system in a more accurate manner, since mobile use of the apparatus offers a detailed information on the field operations of the vehicles by means of the remote tracking and data saving features.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the inventive remote/mobile tracking system for the hydraulic apparatuses for the land vehicles with hydraulic pump are explained solely for a better understanding of the subject, without generating any restrictive effect.

The inventive remote/mobile tracking system collects data by means of sensors positioned on the portion, on which the hydraulic pump on the vehicle is integrated to the hydraulic system or the pump is integrated to the system. Said sensors measure preferably the pressure, temperature, speed and flow rate. Pressure of the fluid in the system is measured at one or more points by means of the pressure sensor and the related data is delivered to user. Likewise, temperature of the fluid is measured at one or more points by means of the temperature sensor and the related data is delivered to user. Pump speed is measured through the speed sensor and the flow rate of the fluid is measured by means of the flow rate sensor at one or more points and the related data is delivered to user.

Data collected through the sensors from the hydraulic system is transferred to a PC monitor or mobile phone by means of Wi-Fi, GPRS, Bluetooth through a system preferably performing a wireless data transfer and the corresponding data may be monitored instantaneously by user. Based on the data collected, user may track the hydraulic system, organize a maintenance plan and may interfere with failures in advance.
