Abstract:
This mobile image pickup device is provided with: an image pickup unit (20) and an acceleration/angular velocity detection unit; a processing unit that processes acceleration/angular velocity information detected by the acceleration/angular velocity detection unit; a reaction wheel that rotates on the basis of a command value calculated by the processing unit; and a housing (10) that houses therein the image pickup unit (20), the acceleration/angular velocity detection unit, the processing unit, and the reaction wheel.
