Description:
MOBILE LEAF FOR FIXTURES FOR RESIDENTIAL AND

INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a mobile leaf for fixtures for residential and industrial buildings, made with the coupling of aluminum profiles on the external side and rigid PVC on the opposite side, internally foamed with low density polyurethane.

BACKGROUND ART

The present invention is designed to solve the known problems of the prior art relating to the thermal insulation of a casing, with considerable savings in production costs, as well as minimization of the thermal transmittance of the leaf and, therefore, of the entire node of the casing.

It is specified that the section of the present section represents an improvement of the prior art of the international patent application WO2013 / 105121 A1.

The fundamental disadvantage of the current known technique, especially in the case of cold aluminum metal profiles coupled with insulating materials such as PVC, consists of a poor insulation of the jointed node, as well as a high production cost, due to the necessary thermal break and, therefore, , of the product for the end user.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION

The present invention is completely new, since up to now it has never been applied in the known art, and is also inventive in that it solves both the problem of insulation (that is, with the same cross section of the knot, it maximizes insulation of the leaf and, therefore, minimizes the transmittance of the same), and the problem of the production cost (that is to say that with the same section and weight, it facilitates and minimizes construction costs, as well as optimizes the resistance characteristics of the same leaf). The main purpose of the present invention is precisely that of providing an innovative door for residential and industrial buildings suitable for optimizing these problems in order to achieve the optimum insulation of knots for windows and the minimization of the relative manufacturing costs and relative sale, of the product to the end user.

These aims are achieved by realizing an innovative door of windows for residential and industrial construction together with the inventive configuration of the profiles forming the same, as described below and characterized in the appended claims.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRALEAFS

These objects and the consequent advantages, as welt as the characteristics of the invention according to the present invention will be more clearly evident from the foiioleaf detailed description of a preferred solution, given as an example, but not for limiting purposes, with reference to the attached draleafs, in which:

> Fig. 1 is a sectional view of a mobile leaf N of a known fixture, essentially consisting of an aluminum section A, a profile made of PVC P and a glass V with a double glazing 12, shaped in such a way as to be connectable by means of screws 4 of the perimeter hardware 3, which binds the aluminum profile A with the PVC profile P, penetrating its external thickness in rigid PVC 14 up to its internal section consisting, in the example shown, of expanded polyurethane 15 obtained from medium density plates; it is specified that the section of the present section represents the known technique of the international patent application WO2013 / 105121 A1 ;

Fig.2 is a sectional view of a first preferred but non-limiting solution of a mobile leaf 1 of a casing according to the present invention, consisting of an external aluminum section A, an internal rigid PVC section bar, the latter internally foamed with low density polyurethane foam 2 and externally stiffened with PVC 14, and a glass V provided with double giazing 12, whereas the novelty and inventive idea in a first preferred but not limiting solution is inherent in the presence of a second bracket 16 in the PVC profile P, suitably located and sized to allow perfect folding of the leaf , when joining with a 45 0 angle of the rigid PVC profiles P;

Fig.3 is a sectional view of a second preferred but non-limiting solution of the mobile leaf 1 of a casing according to the present invention, again consisting of an aluminum section A, a rigid PVC section bar, internaily foamed with expanded polyurethane 2 at low density and externally stiffened with PVC 14, and a glass V with double glazing 12, where now the novelty and the inventive idea are inherent in the complete separation of the two aluminum 6 and rigid PVC ribs 23, connectabie by screws 4 of the perimeter hardware 3;

> Fiq.4 is a sectional view of a third preferred but non-limiting solution of the mobile leaf 1 of a casing according to the present invention, where now the novelty and inventive idea are inherent in the particular shape of the section in rigid PVC P, which has a pair of protrusions 23-13, that is to say the rib 23 and a protuberance 13, suitable for winding and crimping the aluminum section A, further constrained by the action of the screws 4 of the perimeter hardware 3

> Fi .5 is a sectional view of another preferred but non-limiting solution of the mobile leaf 1 of a casing according to the present invention, characterized by the presence of the bracket 28 and by the fact that the PVC profile P the mobile leaf 1 is provided with a button 29, covered by the rib 6 of the first external aluminum profile A, said button 29 inserted between the two profiles in PCV P and aluminum A forming the mobile leaf 1 (it is specified that the holes of the bracket 28 are not visible, because they are covered by the rib 6 of the external aluminum section A); > Fiq.6 is a sectional view of a further preferred but non-limiting solution of the mobile leaf 1 coupled to the fixed frame T, to better illustrate the characteristic mode of application of the gasket 32 located in the central part of the knot, with said seal 32 having its axis 33 inclined by an angle varying from zero degrees to forty-five degrees, both on the fixed frame T and on the mobile leaf 1 , and having a thickness in height preferably comprised between four millimeters and twenty millimeters;

Fig.7 is a sectional view of a further preferred but non-limiting solution of the mobile leaf 1 provided with an internal PVC profile P of the mobile leaf 1 shaped in such a way as to house a "Venetian blind" with a depth from fifteen millimeters to forty-five millimeters, with an inside recess of width L between six and twelve millimeters (The box 30 and the "Venetian blind" 31 are also shown).

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

From the seven attached figures, an art technician can easily understand how the present invention relates to an innovative door leaf for residential and industrial building, realized by the coupling of aluminum profiles A on the external side and rigid PVC P on the opposite side, internally foamed with low density poiyurethane 2.

As can be seen from Fig.1 , in the known art, the leaves N have a pair of profiles, that is to say a first aluminum profile A on the externa! part coupled to a second PVC section P on the inner part of the door.

Always in Fig.1 it is possible to see how the mobile door has the disadvantages of having the aluminum profile A, equipped with a rib 6 which sinks clearly into the profile P, thus greatly reducing the insulation of the leaf N, even if the PVC profile P is internally insulated with expanded poiyurethane 15 (preferably medium or low density).

The value of the distance H between the axis of the screw 4 and the end 9 of the aluminum rib 6, as well as the steel bracket or relative axis the technique note, where they are represented in order to establish a basis of valid comparison with what has been conceived and described later.

A first preferred but non-limiting solution of a mobile leaf 1 of a casing according to the present invention is shown in Figure 2. it consists of an aluminum profile A, a rigid PVC profile P, internally foamed with polyurethane foam. 2 with low density and externally stiffened with PVC 14, and a glass V with double-glazing 12, where the novelty and the inventive idea are inherent in the presence of a second bracket 6 in the PVC profile P, suitably located and sized for allow the perfect sanding of the leaf 1 , when joining with a 45 ° angle of the rigid P PVC profiles.

As can be seen from Figure 2, the value of the distance H between the axis of the screw 4 (screw or shank 8 of the screw 4) and the end 9 of the aluminum rib 6 can oscillate from a minimum value Hmin of two miHimeters to a maximum value Hmax of about fifteen millimeters, although it is clear that it is preferable to prefer the values of said distance H as close as possible to said minimum value Hmin, in order to maximize the insulation of leaf 1.

From said Fig.2 it is clear how the distance L between the outer surface of the plate 10 and the outer surface of the aluminum rib 20 or of the rib in ABS or FRP can be minimized to a value of about eleven millimeters, in order to minimize the 'frontal!y visual encumbrance of the leaf 1 and thus maximize the light entering through the double-glazing V, double 12 in the case of Fig.2. This width L, on the other hand, can be maximized up to a size of about thirty millimeters, where it is possible to install large windows.

A second preferred but non-limiting solution is shown in Fig, 3, where it is apparent that the mobile leaf 1 is always constituted by an aluminum profile A, a rigid PVC profile P, internally skimmed with low density polyurethane foam 2 and externaily stiffened with PVC 14 and a glass V equipped with double glazing 12.

This preferred solution presents the two aluminum ribs 6 and rigid PVC 23, which can be secured by means of the screws 4 of the perimeter hardware 3.

Said two ribs in aluminum 6 and in rigid PVC 23 characterize the leaf 1 in that both do not come into contact at all, respectively, with the tubularity of the opposed rigid PVC P and aluminum A profiles.

A further characterization of the present leaf 1 is given by the fact that in the representation shown in Figure 3, the rib made of rigid PVC 23 is located at the front of the rib made of aluminum 6 and constrained to the latter by the screws 4.

A third preferred solution, but not limitative, of the leaf 1 , shown in figure 4, shows how now the novelty and the inventive idea are inherent in the particular conformation of the rigid PVC profile P, which has a pair of protuberances 23- 13, that is to say the rigid PVC rib 23 and a protuberance 13 of the same rigid PVC profile P, suitable for winding and crimping the aluminum section A, further constrained by the action of the screws 4 of the perimetral hardware 3.

A sectional view of another preferred but non-limiting solution of the mobile leaf 1 of a casing according to the present invention is shown in figure 5. It is characterized by the presence of the bracket 28 and by the fact that the PVC profile P of the mobile leaf 1 is provided with a button 29, covered by the rib 6 of the first external aluminum profile A. Button 29 is inserted between the two profiles of PCV P and aluminum A forming the mobile leaf 1.

A further sectional view of a further preferred but non-limiting solution of the mobile leaf 1 coupled to the fixed frame T is shown in Figure 6, this time to better illustrate the characteristic mode of application of the gasket 32 located in the central part of the node. The seal 32 has its axis 33 inclined by an angle varying from zero degrees to forty-five degrees, with respect to both the fixed frame T and the mobile leaf 1.

The seal has a thickness in height preferably between four millimeters and twenty millimeters.

A final sectional view of a further preferred but non-limiting solution of the mobile leaf 1 provided with an inner PVC profile of the mobile leaf 1 is shown in Figure 7. In this case the leaf is shaped in such a way to be able to house a "Venetian blind" 31 with a depth from fifteen millimeters to forty-five millimeters, equipped with an internal recess having a width L between six and twelve millimeters.

The possibility of inserting a "Venetian blind" 31 allows to obtain partial and / or total blackout infix, positioning the same 'Venetian blind" 31 from the inside of the mobile leaf.

As can be seen from all the attached figures, in particular from the second to the seventh, the leaf 1 has a minimized face-to-face width, suitable for maximizing, with the same light amplitude of the casing, the glazed surface and, therefore, the brightness of the same mobile door.

Said width dimension L is the distance between the outer surface 10 of the steel plate 3 of the perimeter hardware and the surface of the first aluminum rib 6 or of PVC 23 or of ABS or FRP, as can be seen from said figures.

Said width L oscillates from a minimum of about ten millimeters up to a maximum of about forty millimeters.

It is further specified that the distance between the axis of the self- drilling screws 4 and the ends 9 respectively of the aluminum rib 6 or in ABS or FRP is between a minimum height Hmin equal to about two millimeters and a maximum height Hmax equal to about fifteen millimeters. Said maximum height Hmax between the axis of the self-drilling screws 4 and the end of the rib 6, made of aluminum 9 or ABS or FRP, is equal to the distance existing between the self-drilling screws 4 axis and the central axis 25 of the bracket 16.

As regards, however, the distance J between the axis of the screw 4 and the end of the PVC rib 24, passing towards the outer part of the leaf 1 said axis of the screw 4, oscillates from a minimum value Jmin of about two millimeters at a maximum Jmax value of about twenty millimeters.

It should be noted that the value Jmin is equal to the value set for said minimum height Hmin, while the value Jmax is estimated as the distance between the axis of the first series of self-drilling screws 4 and the axis 25 of the bracket 26 of the aluminum section.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The advantages of the present invention are constituted by having conceived a plurality of preferred but non-limiting solutions, relative to a mobile leaf 1 which minimizes the thermal transmittance characteristics of the casing and its production cost, as wed as the cost for the end user, who can have, at a minimum cost, the maximum winter and summer thermal comfort, a high mechanical resistance of the door, as well as a total reduction of external noise and excellent resistance to water and to the wind of the frame so made.

Further advantages are related to the evident ease of processing, reduced assembly time in the workshop and minimized installation times.

A further advantage, not less important than the previous ones, is constituted by the fact that the door has a minimized face-to-face width, able to maximize the light of the glass and, therefore, the brightness of the window same infix.

Further advantages are constituted by: the fact that the hole of the mobile leaf is concealed in its interna! part in rigid PVC; the possibility of using a centralized EPDM seal on one side to constrain it to the fixed frame, thus minimizing the width of the knot; and the possibility of inserting a "Venetian blind 3 31 to obtain partial and / or total blackout of the frame, positioning the same "Venetian blind" 31 on the inside of the mobile leaf.

It is also evident that numerous embodiments, adaptations, additions, variations and substitutions of elements with other functionally equivalent ones may be made to the exemplary embodiment described above by way of non-limiting illustration, without however departing from the scope of the protection of the following claims.
