Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a mobile-phone assisted portable image capturing device, and image data acquisition method. The portable image capturing device comprises an image acquisition module, a data transmission module, and a second power supply module. The image acquisition module comprises a connected lens optical unit, imaging unit, and acquisition controller. The lens optical unit employs a lens system having a multi-stage lens barrel. The imaging unit employs a CMOS system. The data transmission module comprises a connected AD converter, register, and transmission controller. By means of a detachable connection between a connection port and a connector, the register is detachably connected to a data storage module of a mobile phone, and a power supply of the mobile phone is detachably connected to the second power supply module. The image data acquisition method of the present invention enables image capturing by means of the lens optical unit and the imaging unit, and then an image is transmitted to a mobile phone for processing, optimization, and display. In the present invention, data storage and processing systems of conventional portable image capturing devices are simplified to provide a lightweight property and portability, and high quality image data is provided compared with built-in cameras of mobile phones.
