Abstract:
According to the present invention, a mobile phone having a light-emitting device on a battery cover comprises: a body which forms the outward appearance of the mobile phone, and has a battery holding unit at the rear part thereof as a space for installing a battery; and a battery cover which is detachably coupled to said body by covering said battery holding unit, wherein the battery cover comprises: a coil-type power generating antenna which converts an electromagnetic wave, sent from the mobile phone during a call, into electricity by an electromagnetic induction phenomenon; a light-emitting diode which is electrically connected to said power generating antenna, and generates light; a light transmission sheet which delivers the light generated from said light-emitting diode by using a total reflection phenomenon; and an illuminator which is formed on one side of said light transmission sheet, and emits light to the outside of said battery cover by reflection of the light generated from said diode.
