Abstract:
A mobile phone provided with a distance detector and a control method therefor. The mobile phone comprises a housing assembly (100). A touch display screen (12), a camera (17) and a distance detector (160) are connected to the housing assembly (100). A vibrator, used for giving intermittent vibration warnings when a distance between a human face and the touch display screen (12) detected by the distance detector (160) is less than a set value, is also disposed in the housing assembly (100). The vibrator comprises a motor and an eccentric block connected to the motor. When the distance between the human face and the touch display screen (12) detected by the distance detector (160) is less than a set value, the vibrator in the housing assembly (100) gives intermittent vibration warnings. By means of the vibrator, a user can be prompted to keep a proper distance between the eyes and a touch display screen (12) of a mobile phone provided with a distance detector (160), so that the user can be prevented from eyestrain, myopia and the like due to an excessively short distance between the eyes and the screen, thereby facilitating use of the user.
