Abstract:
Disclosed are a mobile phone screen maintenance apparatus and method. The maintenance apparatus comprises a sealing box (1) and a sealing door device provided on the sealing box (1), and further comprises a hot pressing plate (14) arranged in the sealing box (1) and a cylinder (3) for making the hot press plate (14), within the sealed box (1), press a mobile phone member by means of a piston. The maintenance apparatus further comprises a first control unit used to communicate an air compressor (4) with the cylinder (3) and to supply air during the pressing, a second control unit used to connect a first vacuum pump (2) to the sealing box (1) so as to vacuum the interior of the sealing box (1) during the pressing, a third control unit used to communicate the air compressor (4) with the sealing box (1) so as to boost the air pressure within the sealing box (1) during the removal of the bubbles between the mobile phone members, and a total control unit used to respectively connect with and control the first control unit, the second control unit and the third control unit. The maintenance apparatus thermally presses a new glass cover plate onto an original liquid crystal display screen under the vacuum conditions, and at the same time, in a high air pressure and a slightly higher temperature environment, bubbles between the new glass cover plate and the original liquid crystal display are dispersed into an OCA optical glue, so as to achieve the effect of removing bubbles.
