Abstract:
A mobile platform for a strapping machine, and a strapping device and a strapping method. The mobile platform comprises a front panel (1) and a rear panel (2), wherein the front panel (1) and the rear panel (2) are horizontally arranged; ends of the front panel (1) and the rear panel (2) are arranged opposite each other; and the front panel (1) and/or the rear panel (2) can move forwards and backwards. By means of arranging the panels, which can move forwards and backwards, on a strapping machine, before flaky materials are conveyed to a position above a strap recess of the strapping machine, the front panel and the rear panel first move to a folded state, and the strap recess of the strapping machine is blocked by the folded panels, thereby avoiding the risk of the flaky materials being unable to cross the strap recess and thus being jammed in the strap recess; and during strapping, the front panel is separated from the rear panel to expose the strap recess, thereby ensuring successful completion of strapping. Therefore, the risk of the flaky materials being jammed in the strap recess of the strapping machine is greatly reduced.
