Abstract:
A mobile public security station- and robot-incorporated alarm system and method. The system is characterized in that: when a water quality inspection station in a city has on-site water quality falling below a standard, a water quality alarm platform (101) can compute a linear distance between position information of each of mobile public security stations registered in the city to position information of said water quality inspection station; if it is determined that there is a target mobile public security station (102) having a linear distance to the position information of said water quality inspection station less than a specified threshold, then water quality alarm information including the position information of said water quality inspection station having on-site water quality below the standard is sent to the target mobile public security station (102) and a first server (200) by means of the Internet of Things; and the target mobile public security station (102) outputs the water quality alarm information. The system enables a timely alarm related to water quality below a standard, thus ensuring safe water use in a city. The present invention performs financial management on a financial management account corresponding to a corresponding user identifier of a target robot, thus providing an incentive to a robot to participate in an alarm activity related to water quality falling below a standard.
