Abstract:
When the downlink reception electric field intensity becomes a predetermined value
or lower, a portable mobile communication terminal (105) transmits a search request
to a search server (102) through a first radio station (103) to start the selection
of a new base station and at the same time changes at least one of a plurality of uplink
transmission operating conditions (UTP) and reports the changed uplink transmission
operating condition (UTP) to the first radio station (103). The first radio
station (103) changes an uplink reception operating condition (URP) corresponding
to the reported uplink transmission operating condition (UTP) and at the same
time changes at least one of a plurality of downlink transmission operating conditions
(DTP) and reports the changed downlink transmission operating condition (DTP)
to the portable mobile communication terminal (105).
