Abstract:
Provided are a mobile robot control method, apparatus, device, and storage medium, belonging to the technical field of mobile robotics, said method comprising: when a mobile robot detects a boundary, obtaining a current boundary point (S201); on the basis of the current boundary point and each boundary point in a sequence of boundary points, determining whether the mobile robot is in a narrow area, each boundary point in the sequence of boundary points being recorded each time a boundary is detected by the mobile robot (S202); on the basis of the result of the determination, adjusting a preset value, said preset value being used for indicating that the mobile robot is continuously in a narrow area (S203); determining an angle of rotation of the mobile robot according to the preset value, and storing the current boundary point in the boundary point sequence (S204); controlling the mobile robot to rotate according to the angle of rotation (S205). The method enables a mobile robot to pass through a narrow area quickly, reducing the waste of time and resources and improving the efficiency of the mobile robot.
