Abstract:
[Problem] Conventional mobile robots are inflexible, and thus are likely to lose balance on uneven places and may be broken by the impact of a fall or collision. [Solution] This mobile robot comprises a body, a crawler provided on the body, and a leg group provided on the crawler, wherein the leg group is composed of two or more legs formed from a flexible material. Thereby, a robot which is flexible, highly stable, and has excellent impact resistance is achieved, and as a result the robot can move easily on uneven places.
