Abstract:
A mobile robot, comprising: a robot body (101), a drive wheel (1021), and at least two distance sensors (1033). The robot body (101) comprises a target side surface. The drive wheel (1021) is provided at the bottom of the robot body (101). The drive wheel (1021) is provided to drive the robot body (101) to move. The at least two distance sensors (1033) are sequentially provided at different positions on the robot body (101) along a forward movement direction of the mobile robot, thereby improving the accuracy of detecting, by a mobile robot having a non-cylindrical side surface, an obstacle located near the side surface of the mobile robot.
