Abstract:
A mobile robot comprises: a body; a pair of driving wheels provided on both sides of the body; a pair of rotating shafts for connecting the respective driving wheels of the pair to the body; and first and second units provided so as to be mutually symmetric and provided on the left side and right side, respectively, of the body. The first and second units each comprise: a first driving motor for driving the driving wheel; a first power transfer unit connected to the first driving motor so as to transfer power to the rotating shaft; a weight rotatably provided so as to control the center of gravity of the body; a second driving motor for rotating the weight; and a second power transfer unit connected to the second driving motor so as to transfer torque to the weight.
