Abstract:
Mobile scaffolding suitable for construction of a variable-cross-section tunnel canopy (140), comprising: a portal frame system (110) provided on the ground (100) of an area to be constructed, the portal frame system (110) being movable longitudinally along a tunnel; a template system (120) longitudinally covering the outside of the portal frame system (110) along the tunnel; and an adjustment system (130) located between the template system (120) and the portal frame system (110); the adjustment system (130) comprising a plurality of slider groups, of each of the slider groups, one end being fixedly connected to the template system (120) and the other end being slidably connected to the portal frame system (110) for adjusting the distance between the template system (120) and the portal system (110) in the transverse direction of the tunnel, so as to pour a variable-cross-section tunnel canopy (140) along the template system (120). The mobile scaffolding can be suitable for construction of the tunnel canopy (140) with a variable width and a variable height while avoiding the workload of erecting and disassembling full hall scaffolding, thus greatly improving construction efficiency, construction safety and operation convenience, and effectively saving the economic cost.
