Abstract:
Provided are a mobile sludge dewatering device and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of sludge treatment. The device comprises a container (1), and, integrated in the container (1), a flocculation dosing apparatus (2), sludge dewatering apparatus, sludge transfer screw pump (15), sludge transfer pipe (16), and sludge storage bin (19); the flocculation dosing apparatus (2) is internally equipped with a mixing paddle, the top is provided with an automatic dosing apparatus (5) and an observation port (6), and the side walls with sludge inlet port (8) and sludge outlet port; the sludge dewatering apparatus comprises a stacked-screw dehydrator (11) used for dewatering sludge water after flocculation treatment, sludge cake linking tank (22), a filtrate tank, and a filtrate discharge pipe (12); the dewatered sludge after dewatering by the stacked-screw dehydrator (11) falls into the sludge cake linking tank (22), then is transferred by the sludge transfer screw pump (15) to the sludge storage bin (19) via the sludge transfer pipe (16), and the filtrate enters the filtrate tank and is discharged by way of the filtrate discharge pipe (12); the bottom of the sludge storage bin (19) is provided with a sludge discharge screw pump (25) in communication with the sludge discharge pipe (18). The device integrates sludge conditioning, dewatering, and storage in a standard container (1), and is low in cost and can achieve "one piece of equipment, multiple points of use".
