Abstract:
A mobile station, which receives, from a base station, broadcast information for controlling restrictions in a network environment shared by a plurality of operators, is provided with: a reception unit which receives, from the base station, broadcast information including restriction-control exception information indicating types of calls not to be subjected to restriction control; and a restriction-control determination unit which verifies the restriction-control exception information from the received broadcast information, said restriction-control exception information corresponding to operators registered by the mobile station, and determines whether restriction control is to be applied.
