Abstract:
The present invention eliminates deviation between a HFN used by a transmission-side PDCP layer and a HFN used by a reception-side PDCP layer, and avoids a decline in throughput that causes failure in decoding processing for a PDCP-PDU in the reception-side PDCP layer. In a mobile station (UE) according to the present invention, a transmission unit (13) is configured in such a way that, if a HFN report trigger is detected, the HFN or COUNT value last used in decoding processing for a PDCP-PDU is transmitted to a wireless base station (eNB).
