Abstract:
A mobile station provided with a reception means for receiving signals allocated by a plurality of downlink CCs (Component Carriers) from a base station for performing transmission using the plurality of downlink CCs by means of Aggregation comprises response signal generating sections for generating a response signal on the basis of the signals received by the reception means, and transmission sections for transmitting the response signal from a transmitting antenna, wherein, when the number of uplink CCs allocated to the mobile station is less than the number of downlink CCs, the response signal generating sections and the transmission sections are provided by the aforementioned number of downlink CCs' worth, and the transmission sections space-multiplex and transmit the response signal. As a result, even if the allocation of an uplink CC is little correspondingly to a downlink CC at the time of Assymmetric Aggregation, a mobile station or the like for efficiently transmitting a response signal such as ACK/NACK of each of the CCs can be provided.
