Abstract:
Provided is a mechanism for appropriately determining whether or not to start a CoMP transmission/reception process. This mobile station (UE) comprises: a measurement unit (12) configured to measure, by using CRS, a first wireless quality in the serving cell of the mobile station (UE) and peripheral cells on the basis of an instruction from a wireless base station (eNB) that manages said serving cell of the mobile station (UE), and to measure, by using CSI-RS, a second wireless quality at a CoMP transmission point which is a candidate for performing a CoMP transmission/reception process; and a transmission unit (13) configured to transmit a "Measurement Report" including the result of measuring the second wireless quality in addition to the result of measuring the first wireless quality.
