Description:
Mobile System for Flood Protection

Technical field

The technical solution relates to the mobile system for flood protection of construction holes.

The contemporary state of the art

The yet known solutions of mobile flood-protection systems usually aim at urban units, while most of the flood-protection systems does not provide protection for internal parts of objects. It is an elimination of damages caused by flooding of the object, lodgement of mud and water penetrating into the object through locations with lowest possible resistance, i.e. through windows and doors. Due to these reasons, the holes are provisionally covered with systems of boards, sand bags and so on. The disadvantage of this type of object protection is quite demanding and time-consuming filling of bags with sand and insufficient sealing of the object against water penetration. Other known solutions of hole filling protection include solutions using various types of aluminium lamellas, installed in a structure of steel square frames. Even though it is not too much demanding to secure the object using this equipment, the disadvantage includes time- consuming professional preparation connected with the structure setup and existence of a high number of cracks through which water penetrates even though the aluminium lamellas are dimensioned to prevent water leakage. Disclosure of the invention

The above stated problems are to a significant extent eliminated by a mobile system for flood protection of construction holes according to this technical solution, which is based mainly on the fact that it consists of two vertical bed moulds and the wall section fastened among them with possibility of dismantling, while the wall section is fastened in vertical bed moulds using a mould and it is secured with screws. On the bottom, it is secured in the bottom bed mould, while the two bed moulds are fixed to the sides of the construction hole using anchors and the vertical bed moulds and the bottom bed mould are sealed. From the functional point of view and due to minimisation of seams through which water could penetrate it seems advantageous for the vertical bed moulds and the bottom bed mould to be filled with sealing. Referring the technical point of view it seems to be advantageous if the vertical bed moulds are created of a T profile and a U profile, inter-connected with a bridge. From the point of view of strength it seems to be advantageous for the vertical bed moulds and the bottom bed mould to be made of aluminium. Due to low weight and easy handling it seems advantageous for the wall section to be made of elastic material.

Brief description of drawings

The technical solution will be explained in detail while using the drawings. Fig. 1 shows a schematic front view of the secured construction hole, fig. 2 shows longitudinal cut and fig. 3 a detail in cut at the bottom wall of the wall section, fig. 4 shows a detail of the vertical bed mould, fig. 5 shows a detail of bottom bed mould and fig. 6 shows the anchor detail.

Description of a preferred embodiment

The mobile system for flood protection according to fig. 1 and fig. 2 includes a pair of vertical bed moulds 1, 2 and between them there is a detachable fixed wall section 3.. The bed moulds 1, 2 are according to fig. 4 of mirror type, created of aluminium T-profile 9 and U-profile 10 and they are inter-connected by a bridge Ii. The wall section 1 is made of elastic foil and it is fastened with its sides in U-profiles 10. of the vertical bed moulds 1, 2 using a ledge 4 and it is secured with screws 5.. With the purpose of fast and easy handling it is suitable to supply the wall section 3_ equipped with the vertical bed moulds 1, 2÷ The bottom part of the wall section 3. according to fig. 3 is secured in the bottom bed mould 7_ made of aluminium. The bottom bed mould 1_ according to fig. 5 is made of T-profiles 16, 17 that are rotated one to each other under the angle of 90°. The profiles are inter-connected with a bridge 18, creating a vertical U- profile 19. for insertion of the latching ledge 21 for arresting the wall section 3_ and horizontal U-profile 20. for insertion of sealing 22. The two vertical bed moulds 1, 2 are fastened with a T-profile £ to the sides of the construction hole using anchors 6.. Anchors 6 according to fig. 6 are made of HSFG bolt 12., that is inserted into prepared holes with a plastic tube 15 and rectangular strip iron 13. fastened on it and secured with a nut 1_4 for insertion of T-profile £ of the bed moulds 1, 2. The bed moulds 1, 2 are filled - between the T-profile £ and bridge H — with sealing 8. that increases its volume in case of a contact with water. In the course of activation, screws 12. of the anchors 6. are inserted into prepared holes filled in with a plastic tube 15 in the sides of the construction hole, then the rectangular shapes of strip iron H fastened on the screws are directed in such a way so as to point away from the construction hole. Into the hole between the side of the construction hole and the rectangular strip iron H, set by the nut 14 of the anchor 6., there are inserted the T-profiles 9_of the bed moulds 1, 2. to which is — due to fast, easy and efficient handling the wall section 3_ in U-profiles 10 of the vertical bed moulds 1, 2. and the wall section 3. is fixed with a ledge 4 fastened with belts 5_. Then sealing 8. is put into the space between the T-profile £ and the bridge H of the vertical bed moulds 1, 2. Then, the bottom part of the wall section 1 is fixed in such a way, that at first, the bottom bed mould 1 is inserted below the vertical bed moulds 1, 2 and the wall section 1 and then the wall section 3_ is put across the bottom bed mould 7 and using the latching ledge 21 the wall section 2 is pushed into vertical U-profile 19 and arrested in the bottom bed mould 7-. Then, the wall section 3_ is lifted and sealing 22 is inserted into horizontal U-profile 2J) of the bottom bed mould 1_ and the loose end of the wall section 3_ is inserted between the T-profile 1, 6 of the bottom bed mould 1_ and the sealing 22.. In this way, the whole flood protection system is activated and ready for the flowing water attack.

Industrial applicability

The mobile system for flood protection is designed for protection of holes, i.e. windows, doors and gates of buildings.
