Abstract:
A cooling device (10) is provided with a compressor (16), a cold head (18), and a circulative cooling device (14). The compressor (16) is used by both the cold head (18) and the circulative cooling device (14). The circulative cooling device (14) is provided with a low-temperature gas circulation line (22) that is thermally joined to a cooling unit (18d) of the cold head (18), and a room-temperature gas circulation line (24) that is disposed so as to be thermally unconnected with the cooling unit (18d) of the cold head (18).
