Abstract:

A mobile telephone communication fare forehand payment registration system and device capable of registering communication permission without requiring a complicated input operation causing erroneous input. A communication fare forehand payment registration device (20) performs money reception by recognizing the money sum information (received money information) of the currency placed into a money reception unit by a user and acquires identification information from a mobile telephone terminal (10) via a first communication unit (23), so that the acquired identification information and the received money information processed by the money reception unit are transmitted via a second communication unit (24) to a registration center device (40).
