Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a technique for enabling a transaction between a user (consumer) and a vendor without disclosing any of the user's personal information until after the conclusion of a contract between the user and the vendor. The service providing system according to the present disclosure comprises: a management server which provides a service site; a mobile terminal device which calculates a personal rating score for a user and transmits the calculated score to the management server; and a vendor server which uploads, to the service site of the management server, information about a vendor's service or product to be provided to the user. In this system, the management server does not disclose the user's personal information to the service site, but discloses the personal rating score for the user and permits the vendor server to access this personal rating score. Further, the vendor server accesses the management server, acquires the personal rating score for the user, determines the content of the service or product to be provided to the user on the basis of the personal rating score, and transmits, to the management server, an offer for providing the service or product (see Fig. 1).
