Abstract:
Provided is a mobile terminal device with which operations with respect to a touch panel can be performed with one hand. A CPU obtains, from a pressure sensor, the pressure externally applied to one of the side surfaces of a smartphone (step S510). When the CPU determines that the magnitude of the obtained pressure is greater than a predetermined pressure (Yes in step S520), the display position of an object displayed on the touch panel is moved toward the surface on which the pressure was detected (step S522). When the CPU does not determine that the magnitude of the obtained pressure is greater than the predetermined pressure (No in step S520), the display position of the object is restored to the position prior to the movement (step S524).
