Title:
MOBILE TERMINAL AND DRIVING METHOD THEREFOR, DISPLAY MODULE, AND DRIVING CHIP
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/259548
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of display, and provides a mobile terminal and a driving method therefor, a display module, and a driving chip, for use in solving the problem of how to improve the amount of light received by an optical device without affecting the display effect of an OLED display screen. The driving method for the mobile terminal comprises: the mobile terminal comprises first sub pixels comprising first light emitting devices and first driving circuist and second sub pixels comprising second light emitting devices and second driving circuits; according to each pieces of initial gray scale data, a driving chip generates a first data voltage and a second data voltage that match the initial gray scale data, the first data voltage being less than the second data voltage; in response to the first data voltage, the first driving circuits generate a first driving current; under the driving of the first driving current, the first light emitting devices emit light; in response to the second data voltage, the second driving circuits generate a second driving current; under the driving of the second driving current, the second light emitting devices emit light.
