Abstract:
Provided is a technology capable of determining only through a mobile terminal that a driver is operating a mobile terminal while driving, and deactivating only a prescribed function of the driver's mobile terminal. The mobile terminal includes: a movement state determination unit for determining the movement state of the mobile terminal; a terminal operation detection unit for detecting the operation of the mobile terminal; a user information acquisition unit for acquiring information on the user of the mobile terminal; and a control unit that deactivates a prescribed function of the mobile terminal. When the movement state determination unit determines that the mobile terminal is moving and the terminal operation detection unit detects that the user is operating the mobile terminal, the control unit deactivates the prescribed function of the mobile terminal owned by the driver on the basis of the information acquired by the user information acquisition unit.
