Abstract:
A mobile terminal (101) presented to an electronic asset owner by an operator executes a program, and a detection unit (109) detects the location of the mobile terminal (101). From a history of detected locations of the mobile terminal (101), a control unit (103) estimates whether or not the mobile terminal (101) is moving, and if it is estimated that the mobile terminal (101) is moving, the control unit (103) restricts the near-field communication between the mobile terminal (101) and a portable device that allows the operator to inherit an electronic asset from the owner. The mobile terminal (101) can store a predetermined maximum number of combinations of a detected location and a detection date and time. When the detection unit (109) has detected a new location of the mobile terminal (101), the combination of the detected new location and the detection date and time is stored in the mobile terminal (101) as a new combination after deleting, from among the combinations currently stored in the mobile terminal (101), the combination that can be most closely approximated from the new combination.
