The present invention provides a mobile underwater power generation system of an ocean vessel, comprising: an ocean vessel hull structure, a cabin head tank structure, an open-type annular pipeline structure, a duct-type dual-magnetic-circuit coreless tidal power generator, a duct-type water transfer pump, a fuel oil generator set, a control switch cabinet, a motor, and a propeller. The open-type annular pipeline structure can be provided with the duct-type dual-magnetic-circuit coreless tidal power generator and the duct-type water transfer pump. The duct-type water transfer pump further comprises: a spindle, a first fixing ring and an annular shell of the spindle, a stator winding bearing member, a stator winding coil, a rotor permanent magnet, a bearing member of the rotor permanent magnet, a second fixing ring of the spindle, a second fixing member of the annular shell, a flange mounting bolt of the annular shell, a first graphite bearing of the rotor, an annular mounting sleeve of the graphite bearing, a water guide blade of the rotor, a lead-out wire of the stator winding coil, a second graphite bearing of the rotor, and a second fixing member of the annular shell.
