Abstract:
In the present invention, a ground system (1) comprises: a reflection efficiency calculation unit (142) that calculates reflection efficiency of a mobile unit (2); a condition determination unit (143) that predicts the amount of light received when a camera (3b) mounted on a flying object (3) moving on an orbit (E) captures images of the mobile unit (2) using the reflection efficiency, and determines the exposure conditions of the camera (3b) on the basis of the predicted amount of light received by the camera (3b); and an operation planning unit (144) that formulates an operation plan for the flying object (3) that allows the camera (3b) to capture images of the mobile unit (2) while maintaining the exposure conditions. The flying object (3) captures images of the mobile unit (2) using the camera (3b) according to the operation plan formulated by the operation planning unit (144).
