Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of terminals, and provides a mode switching method and device, the method being applied to a terminal. The terminal has a first operating system and a second operating system provided therein, when the terminal is in a power saving mode, the second operating system is in an operating state; when the terminal is in a normal mode, the first operating system is in an operating state. The method comprises: when the terminal is in the power saving mode, if the terminal receives a first switching instruction, the terminal detecting whether a mirror file exists (201), the first switching instruction being used to switch the terminal from the power saving mode to the normal mode, the mirror file comprising memory state information of the terminal in the first operating system; if a mirror file exists, the terminal terminating operations of the second operating system (202); and returning the terminal to a state in which the first operating system operates according to the memory state information, so as to switch the terminal from the power saving mode to the normal mode (203).
