A model dummy fighting device combined with a navigating and positioning receiver (3, 33) is disclosed. The fighting device comprises a model device (2, 22) and a remotely controlled operation device (6, 66) of each side. The navigating and positioning receiver (3, 33) is mounted in the model device (2, 22). The navigating and positioning information received is disclosed to each side of the game by the model device (2, 22). Each side defines a dummy capturing area in front of their own models (2, 22), and processes the navigating and positioning information received. If the opposite side model (66) comes into the area, it will be hit. Then a fighting game between the model devices (2, 22) is played. The fighting device is suitable for fighting games between various models. These models include the model in the air, the model on the land and the model in the water.
