Abstract:
The invention relates to a friction clutch for controlling torque transmission between an input side and an output side. A method for simulating the friction clutch comprises steps of determining the input rotation speed of the input side and an output rotation speed of the output side by means of a first model of the friction clutch. Deviations of the determined input rotation speed from an actual input rotation speed and of the determined output rotation speed from an actual output rotation speed of the friction clutch are determined, and the first model is adjusted on the basis of the determined deviations in order to minimise the deviations. At the same time, an input rotation speed of the input side and an output rotation speed of the output side are also determined by means of a second model of the friction clutch, the second model corresponding to the non-adjusted first model. A quality of the models is determined on the basis of deviations of the actual input rotation speed and the actual output rotation speed from the corresponding rotation speeds determined by means of the second model.
