Abstract:
Provided is a model summarizing device etc. that makes it easy to predict the time required until evacuees complete evacuation. A model summarizing device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a model acceptance means that accepts evacuation information related to an evacuation route of an evacuee, recovery information related to a recovery timing at a site where trouble has occurred on the evacuation route, and an evacuation model including a relationship between the evacuation information and the recovery information; and a summarizing means that summarizes the evacuation model on the basis of a predetermined condition related to the evacuation information or the recovery information.
