Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/077887
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel translation system by which a peptide, wherein non-protein amino acids are consecutively bonded, can be synthesized by translation in a cell-free translation system. Provided is a tRNA which contains the base sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 and encodes non-protein amino acids.
