Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a modification method for a polyurethane nanocomposite material, the modification method being specifically as follows: step 1: adding a modified carbon nanotube @ silicon dioxide-titanium dioxide nanomaterial into a reactor; step 2: adding a dimethylformamide (DMF) solution and a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer TPU; step 3: after being subject to ultrasonic dispersion, heating the mixture to 70-75°C and stirring same for 3-5 hours to obtain a polyurethane composite material; and step 4: Reduce the pressure of the prepared polyurethane composite material at 80-85°C to remove the DMF solvent so as to obtain the modified polyurethane nanocomposite material, i.e., a modified TPU/MWCNTs@SiO2-TiO2 nanocomposite material. The modified polyurethane nanocomposite material according to the present invention has excellent mechanical properties and heat resistance, breaking strength up to 36-53 MPa and elongation at break up to 700%-1200%, thereby widening the application range of the polyurethane nanocomposite material.
