Abstract:
A modification method for white carbon black, which modification method comprises: (1) mixing a white carbon black dispersion, glycolic acid and a silane coupling agent to obtain a first liquid; and (2) reacting the first liquid obtained in step (1) with lignosulfonate in a protective atmosphere, and then subjecting same to solid-liquid separation to obtain a modified white carbon black. By means of the modification method, specific modification reagents are used in cooperation with the rational preparation process, such that white carbon black is modified, and the prepared white carbon black has good surface performance and dispersity. In addition, the loss performance and the mechanical performance of an obtained rubber material can be significantly improved when the modified white carbon black is used as a rubber reinforcing agent.
