Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a modified cashew nut shell liquid, a cashew nut shell liquid rubber plasticizer, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. Cashew nut shell liquid is chemically modified in the present invention, wherein a phenolic hydroxyl group in cashew nut shell liquid is converted into an alcoholic hydroxyl group, so as to prepare a cashew nut shell liquid rubber plasticizer, such that not only are the problems of harmful components of a petroleum plasticizer being toxic to human bodies and polluting the environment solved, but also the compatibility of the cashew nut shell liquid rubber plasticizer and an inorganic filler can be improved in a rubber composition, the Mooney viscosity is significantly reduced, and the processability and mechanical property of the rubber composition are enhanced.
