Abstract:
A modified ethylene copolymer which is obtained by reacting (A) an alkylene oxide adduct of a saponified copolymer of ethylene and a vinyl ester of a saturated carboxylic acid with (B) a polycarboxylic acid and is capable of imparting not only antistatic properties but moldability to resins.
