Abstract:
The present invention provides a modified Fc fragment, an antibody comprising the same, and an application thereof. The Fc fragment is derived from human IgG1, and the CH2 domain of the constant region of the Fc fragment comprises multiple substitutions. The substitutions reduce the binding ability of the Fc fragment to an Fcγ receptor (FcγR), and reduce non-specific T-cell activation induced by an antibody, such as a CD3 antibody.
