Abstract:
The present invention relates to a modified fibre product, the modified fibre product containing modified fibres, wherein there is a graphene-based substance in the interior of the modified fibres and there is also a graphene-based substance on the exterior of the modified fibres. The method comprises impregnating an unmodified fibre product with a graphene-based substance dispersion, carrying out a heating treatment during or after impregnation, and then cooling and drying same to obtain a treated fibre product, wherein the temperature range of the treatment is the high-elastic state temperature of a fibre material in the unmodified fibre product. In the present invention, both the interior and the exterior of the fibres have graphene adhered thereto or filled therein, increasing the uniformity of the presence of the graphene and improving the electrical conductivity of the fibres. The preparation method provided by the present invention is capable of effectively filling the interior of the fibres with graphene while coating the exterior of the fibres with a graphene-based substance so as to achieve a uniform distribution of graphene in the fibres.
