Abstract:
A resin which comprises structural units (M) derived from methyl methacrylate, etc. and structural units (R) having, in the main chain, at least one ring structure selected from the group consisting of a lactone ring unit, a glutaric anhydride unit, and an N-substituted or unsubstituted glutarimide unit and which, when examined by gel permeation chromatography, has a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) in terms of polystyrene and a peak-top molecular weight (Mp) in terms of polystyrene, the Mp/Mw ratio being 0.95-1.07; a resin composition including the resin; and a molded object comprising the resin or the resin composition.
