Abstract:

The present application provides a modified nanofiltration support membrane, a preparation method therefor and a composite nanofiltration membrane. The modified nanofiltration support membrane comprises a microporous membrane and a polymeric cross-linked layer penetrating through the microporous membrane. The polymeric cross-linked layer is obtained by reacting a polyhydroxy polymer and a cross-linking agent. The ratio of the molar amount of the annular structure in the polymeric cross-linked layer to the molar amount of hydroxyl in the polymeric cross-linked layer is greater than 1 and not greater than 4.5. The ratio of the molar amount of hydroxyl groups in the polyhydroxy polymer to the molar amount of repeating units in the polyhydroxy polymer is greater than or equal to 0.8. According to the present application, the polymeric cross-linked layer structure is introduced into the microporous membrane, and the cross-linked structure formed by the polymer penetrates through the micropores of the microporous membrane and intersects with the network structure of the microporous membrane to form a whole, so as to improve the structural stability of the polymeric cross-linked layer, prevent the operating effects of the modified nanofiltration support membrane from declining due to water washing off the modified layer structure, and enhance the wettability and hydrophilicity of the entire microporous membrane.
