Abstract:
The present application relates to a modified polymer membrane material having a surface composite grafted phosphorylcholine and heparin anticoagulant coating. A preparation method for the modified polymer membrane material comprises the following steps: S1. preparing a polymer membrane material; S2. chemically grafting unsaturated phosphorylcholine and N-(3-aminopropyl)methacrylamide on the surface of the polymer membrane material; S3. cleaning the grafted polymer membrane material obtained in step S2; and S4. grafting heparin on the cleaned grafted polymer membrane material obtained in step S3 by using a carbodiimide chemical method.
